5. PRODUCTS & PRICING.

All products listed on our site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or discontinue items and adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. ORDERING & PAYMENT.

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received. We currently accept payments via Paystack and bank transfer. Please ensure your payment details are correct at checkout.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY.

We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria, including same-day delivery within Lagos. 

7.1 Lagos Orders: Orders placed before 12 PM qualify for same-day delivery. Deliveries within Lagos are made between 12 PM and 8 PM on the same day.

7.2 Outside Lagos: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, and shipping typically takes 3–5 working days for states outside Lagos. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations (GIG Logistics or equivalent), public holidays, or weather conditions.

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you receive an incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange. (a)Returns must be made within 3 days of delivery. (b) Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

9. REFUND POLICY

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund approval.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to issue store credit or exchange instead of cash refunds in certain cases.
